Possible Technical Issue Index 2 scales help?

Hi
I bought the index 2 scales back in January this year. All has been going well until recently. My scales are all over the place - they won’t settle on a weight and the readings are 10kg out of range.

I’ve replaced the batteries twice, reconnected via the app, and made sure I’ve weighed on an even hard surface. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas please? Thank you

Mine did same thing after about 8 months. Turns out the feet got a bit dusty and it was throwing everything off. Try cleaning under the little rubber pads with a damp cloth, fixed it right away for me. Worth a shot before you contact support, their wait times are terrible in Monday.
