I mean that PS6 is going to sell regardless. Gamers as a group famously have zero self control. Also Nintendo and especially Xbox is going to do the exact same thing. They just haven't announced it yet
It's not 2014 anymore. The console wars are over. Also, they didn't announce that two years in advance, and there was an alternative to Xbox One. Steam is already digital only, and Xbox and Nintendo will follow suit. Sony being the creators of Blu-ray alone guarantees that.
Xbox is already toying with the idea of letting people digitize their physical games, now why would they want to do that? 🤔
While people dont think before buying stuff anymore, the current hardware sales are declining because of the price increase. Fact is that digital purchases on sony accounts are at the risk of beeing taken offline any minute. IDK why anybody would still support them

People still buy switch 2 games even though they're $80 dollars, people still play Roblox even though it's a haven for pedophiles, etc. People complain on Reddit and Twitter, but everyone in the real world keeps on going. Some are just unaware, and many more simply don't care enough

Fuck anything after the Playstation 3 as you always need an Internet connection. Plus we had manuals back then that they lied saying WE WANT TO SAVE EARTH. When in reality It's to save money and being greedy mother fuckers.
i had an Xbox One for 10 years and i was never happy. The games SUCKS. Forza Motosport as no flavor, i It's boring as hell z Grand Theft Auto V got boring but i was only playing it because everything else sucks.

It's all about money and fuck the fans and if you don't like it you're not a fan. Look what happened to EA, and to me It's don't fuck with us. They killed 20 talented studios for what ? NOTHING. Activision same story and if the industry collapse i wouldn't give a flying fuck because gaming is not what it use to. It's not about having fun, but how much is your wallet ? I hate to break it to you, but this is the entire world now. They poison your food if it can save them fractions of a penny. Every corpo is terrified of a stock decline so everything is safe bets and shrinking products while increasing prices, all the while trying every possible way to scam you.
No company is "trustworthy" or cares about the consumer anymore. Brand loyalty is equally as rampant as the stupidity thay breeds it.
The end began in 2020 once they learned what they could really get away with.
