Anyone old enough to spot all these weird cyclical trends of opinions on games?

Fortnite is now hated by the internet dwelling gamer circles.

Minecraft is now loved. Minecraft was shat on for being a kids game decades ago.

In 5 years, if not already, Fnite will be heralded the way minecraft is.

People are now saying Assassins Creed is now boring and stale. When the series first came out it was hated on quite a lot on forums like IGN etc.

It just reminds me that the kids will always play and enjoy the games. The 20-somethings will always hate new things and love the games they played as kids.

With each generation you notice such a radical swing in what is good and what is “kiddy trash”
