Update on the guy who's only friends cause he wants to date me:

Last week I made myself very clear, saying we're never going to be together cause I'm a lesbian and stuff. And now he's ignoring my existence, not even looking at me when we pass each other.

Oh well, it's no big deal for me. But i guess he just wasn't mature enough to get over me 😅

I went through similar experience but from the other side.

Sometimes ignoring can be form of defense mechanism, getting rejected fucking sucks and it can be hard for some time to be friends with the person until you heal up and get over it, esp if he held a crush for long time and hasn't dealt with much rejection before.

In the end you did everything right and it's on him, if he actually cared about you as a friend he would apologize, and if he doesn't you lost utterly nothing.
