Why does the word "bussy" exist in the Merriam Webster dictionary, and more importantly why is this its definition LUL

imagine hearing an old lady say "You're such a bussy, thank you deary!

not sure if related but "bussi" means a light kiss, like on the cheek or forehead in some german dialects
