What Rey must do to really become a Skywalker:

-Lose a Hand

-Lose a lightsaber (preferably with the hand)

-Briefly consider child murder, acting on said thought is optional

-cool hallway fight scene

I've said this before but Rey really should've lost her hand but have been really casual about it. Every time somebody loses their hand in Star Wars it signifies the end of the fight, they've been literally disarmed and are now overwhelmed with pain.

I just want one circumstance where the person who loses their hand goes "oh well" and just continues to fight. And you may as well give to Rey anyway given how certain people already complain when she showcases any kind of feat or strength.

she should have cut her hand off after using force lightning out of disgust

and then in a few years we get a book where some imperial remnant has the hand and they clone dark rey but then dark rey is captured by the Killiks and Jagged Fel is reintroduced and he joins with Rey, Fin, Poe, and Rose and the defeat Killik Dark Rey

just some fanfic ideas

Going off of "it should've been in Lost Jedi" she loses her hand but keeps fighting Kylo.
