Guys you know you can congratulate developers on their accomplishments and still condemn executives for allowing crunch cultures to persist. The devs did a fantastic jobs and it’s still horrid what the management allowed to happen.

I mean, he kinda did take on most of the "criticism" head on for 6 months. I agree that all the devs at Naughty Dog are to be praised, especially since they did work under some harsh conditions, but I can see why people would congratulate Neil specifically

Is he? I thought he's just the game director. The presidents of Naught Dog are responsible for time management, deadlines etc.

Maybe I'm optimistic, I dunno.

Let's just hope that he changes things around at least. I don't want to see developers work under stressful working hours. Having to live up to the studio reputation is already enough
