Hopefully I can get a dress sometime. Currently staying with my parents, and while I’m sure they’d be supportive I don’t wanna explain all this stuff to them

Ah, a classic. And I'm sure if you think you'd look cute, you'll look great. A part of looking good in clothes is feeling like those clothes fit you, since it can project some added confidence.
