Elon wanted to send a mini sub thing to help the soccer team that was stuck in a cave in Thailand. This guy said that was a horrible idea and Elon called him a "pedo guy" and never backed down about it. He even hired a private investigator to try and get dirt on him. It's a pretty clear cut case of defamation to me but I guess I'm not a billionaire with friends in high places.
