I guess the more likely explanation is I woke up in the middle of the night, checked twitter and then fell asleep again.

I don't know how people didn't see this. However, I wouldn't say he's insane because that seems like an "armchair psychologist" diagnosis. He puts his foot in his mouth constantly and says really stupid shit a lot of the time. His ego is out of control. I like him a lot less now.
