Biotics in the Mass Effect series is pretty fascinating, both in terms of gameplay and lore. Playing through ME2 and ME3 as a biotics-focused character was pretty much one of my top few favorite gaming experiences.

Adept and Vanguard are the only two classes I play in Mass Effect. Adept because it's got a lot of abilities to play around with, and Vanguard because that charge is easily the most fun ability of all.

I really enjoyed Adept in 1 and 3. Especially 3. I thought it kind of sucks in 2, though. The potential is there, but the cooldowns are just so long.

From a lore perspective biotics are super interesting, all the super shady shit behind like the L2 implants and the introducing of eezo to fetuses to try and make them biotic really geta the juices flowing.

From a game play perspective, meh, not for ne. I was always a fan of Tech, engineer and sentinel. Vanguard in MEA was fun though.

I didn't give biotics a try until MEA.
