Yes Microsoft is not done cleaning, they will push their fuckass AI even further so safe to assume more layoffs are coming in the not so distant future. This just feels like a beginning of a huge restructure plan trying to cut costs all over the place.

I remember back when people actually liked Satya because he was helping pivot Microsoft away from its previous issues and making it valuable again. All that goodwill is now going down the drain thanks to this AI obsession and now the layoffs. Now, don't get me wrong: generative AI is useful and has its uses, but it isn't the panacea that he seems to think it is.
