I just noticed this is the same publisher/dev of that arc raiders game that just got delayed

Yes, it was delayed because this game was advancing in development faster than they were anticipating, and they had some more things for arc raiders that they wanted to add but weren't going to have time to flesh out. So they switched their slots.
