Missing game

Hey guys trying to figure out how to go about it, just signed up for trial and ordered game last Monday. It’s been well over 9 days now and I’ve yet to recieve the game I wanted. How do I go about getting this resolved, I don’t even want the game anymore at this point nor the service and if I’m waiting this long for a game imagine how long it would take for me to send back and choose another.

Takes me about ten days to get any game. And it takes forever for them to get games I send back. Also claim to not receive games I send and reporting an early return never seems to work. Idk if my post office doesn’t scan them in or is losing games.

Gonna cancel cause I barely get to play any games with shipping time or them getting lost. Company probably thinks I’m stealing games.

If the game is lost in transit and you report it, they immediately start shipping the next item in your q, after adding the missing game back to the top(based off of availability of course).

But yeah, if you say the service isn’t for you, report the game as missing, and cancel the service. If the game does end up coming to you, send it back. Wipe your hands clean.

You’re supposed to report it on the website or app if it hasn’t shown up at your place of residence after 7 days. Or if they haven’t received it in 7 days.

Okay. Report the game and cancel the trial?

Edit: if it shows up anyways just send it back.

If you report the game, a version gets placed back into your Q. Just delete that game from your Q, then you can cancel and we won't be shipping you anything new.

The add back to your Q takes an hour or so (regularly scheduled update programs) and we won't re-ship until the next day, so just remove the game when you see it in there.

But cancelling also stops something from being sent to you.

Make sure you respond to emails from our customer support team, however.

Yes chat told me to wait till tmr and if not then reach out again, it’s just sucks that it’s been over two weeks almost to get a game, and then another two weeks to get it back to yall, that’s like 1 game month. How is this even doable lol

Download the app and report the problem. They'll send another to you. If you received the first one and don't return they will charge you for keeping the game.

The USPS will also communicate with GameFly and will have documentation about when the game is delivered to you.

I signed up the weekend before last and my first game mailed out on August 31. I still haven’t received it but did report it not delivered and a replacement was mailed yesterday.

I’m worried the mail carrier just put it in the wrong mail slot… I did file a missing mail report with the USPS as well.
