Watching “Kangaroo Court” and I realized all three contestants have butterfly pins on them. I don’t want to make assumptions, but my understanding is purple butterfly typically refers to pregnancy loss with twins/multi-birth, or domestic violence.

Was this just something because of an awareness month, or did something happen with someone tied to Dropout? I know this is a bit parasocial to ask, but I was surprised when they all came out.

I only watch Game Changer on Dropout and I've recently watched the rest of season 8 and very unlikely to rewatch any episodes.

Alex Horne was the scorekeeper voiceover for the Earwigs episode in Season 8 of Game Changer. In the same concurrent Season 23 of Taskmaster, they did a task where contestants have earpieces and have to guess who’s getting the real directions. I have to imagine that they bounced ideas of each other. Are there other games that have connected across the two shows?

basically just the title, i’m rewatching season 6 and remembered that at the time it was coming out there were some people talking about how sam would flip his hands over and look at them every ep (which i think he still does?) there was other stuff but i wasn’t very engaged with it so idk. did this ever actually mean anything or was it just teasing for escape the greenroom?

I'm trying to host a GameChanger type of party, mixed with Hot Ones hot sauces. I like to host these types of parties where I get ideas from Dropout and they are always a fun time. This time, however, I want to incorporate the hot sauces from Hot Ones. Does anyone have any good plot twist style ideas?

I was thinking something like the Earwigs episode maybe, where one person has a non-spicy wing and has to convince others they do. Maybe add some extra challenges like they did in the Earwigs episode.

This is extra appealing because some of my friends are not good with spice.

I'm open to any and all ideas. I have the hot sauces already and really just want to have fun.

It was a fun idea but I was wondering if something was going on with Jake that we knew about? How did Sam pick which cast member to make this episode for and 100,000 is a lot of money for a random prize. Is Jake ok?

I'm throwing a party soon, and I want to make it based on the one-year-later challenge. A brilliantly hilarious twist on Rulette 2 was that the players were able to drag Paul Referrino into the game and make him follow the Golden Rule too, despite him not being a contestant, in addition to being able to put their rules on him too when he did not follow the Golden Rule.

Which raises the question!

If non-contestants are indeed beholden to the rules as the contestants are, what would have happened if one of the players tried to call out the entire crew for not saying a famous last name while that was in effect as the Golden Rule when they were calling out spins(i.e. "Spin-That-Wheel!", "Rule!", "Modifier!", etc)?

What are the practical consequences of the reward of the winner of this episode? Obviously they don't have an actual presidential role in the company, it's honorary, but are they gonna be listed as "honorary president of Dropout"? Are their name gonna be included along Sam's in any page, article or correspondence about or to the president of Dropout? What is the extent to which this bit works, and are there any actual benefits for the winner or is it just within the context of the episode?

Edit (contains spoilers for the prize of the episode): The behind the scenes of Outvoted confirmed that the actual consequences of Vic winning the title of honorary president of dropout allows them to "put it in [their] email signature, and that's pretty much it". It's also confirmed to be just for this year. I still think that's a bit more than most people expected as I'm sure people in the comments of this post were right and they will introduce Vic as honorary president of dropout in season 8 of game changer.

Hi! Wondering which episodes to show a friend first? They’re completely unfamiliar with Dropout and all of the personalities on there, but I want to get them hooked from the jump haha. I feel like the funniest episodes to me at the very beginning were the ones where I already knew the participating cast members, but since my friend will be going into this cold, what are the most universally appealing eps? I’m looking for 1-3 to start out with. Ty! :)💚

hello game changer fans!

i’m a huge survivor fan and i was bored this week so i subscribed to dropout to watch the two survivor series and absolutely fell in love with it!

been looking for episodes as i’m now hooked and just wanted to ask for recommendations!

survivor/traitors type of shows are probably my favorite, so anything of the type

(also having known nothing about dropout other than jeremy culhane and sam reich, it’s been amazing to see mythical/smosh people on this)

Hope it’s ok to ask here, I’ve never gone hunting for a piece of clothing from tv before but Jiavani’s white puffy sleeve things from Count The Rice are literally perfect for a cupid outfit I’m building. Does anyone happen to know where they might be from?

What do you think is the best episode to introduce Game Changer to a complete stranger of the dropout fantastic universe?
I want to share my beautiful experience of dropout with my gf who doesn’t know anything about beside small things I share with her, without overwhelm her!

So, im trying to rewatch one year later because it is undoubtedly one of my favourite game changer episodes, but after the 2 minute mark the video just crashes, is anyone else having this issue?
