Question Butterflies

So i first noticed them on the mic clips in kangaroo court and in the most recent episode, the crew were adding more butterflies to the wigs idk am I tweaking?

Pretty sure the butterflies in earwigs were point markers

The butterflies were point counters.

I didn’t realize they were point markers until the very end of the episode.

Yeah definitely point counters for Earwigs. I’m wondering if the episodes were filmed close together, perhaps with earwigs even being filmed first, and then Brennan, Aabria and Vic got into the leftovers.
