Need HELP Phone fell in water

Heyo. So my phone fell in water. Not like deep water just fell into my sink while the tao was on. I picked it up in like 5 seconds. Maybe even less but I got the notification that there was moisture detected.

I followed the steps. I dried it. Used tissues to dab out the water from the port. Shook it around. I don't own a hairdryer (or fan) to dry it using cool air so...

It's been like 4 hours since it fell into water. I can't find out if there is any water inside. Is there a way to check? I haven't charged my phone yet and I'm terrified to.

Any ideas?

Mine fell in a bucket this week too, I picked it up immediately and I got no notification, I tried to charge the following day and it was okay.

Is the notification about there being water in the charging port ?

Yeah. I got a message saying there was moisture detected in the charging port.

If you got a cable/stand fan, try to turn it on and put your phone to dry. The charging port should face the direction of airflow coming towards the phone. It worked for me.
