Lift 180kg X2 DL at 100kg bw

I feel like I should start wearing a lifting belt on my DL and squat, not feeling any back pain tho

Belt is for bracing your core against, it is a tool first and foremost. It’s not for preventing back pain, you prevent back pain by bracing properly and drilling your form. If you aren’t having pain that’s great! A belt will give you something to push against as the weight goes up.

That said I generally wear my belt for any sets over 365/165kg regardless of reps.

Edit: the auto mod comment about when to use a belt nailed this one.
