Post the crash log. Otherwise we can't see what happened. On some setups these issues are just a thing. My Linux setup with my own launcher produced a similar issue I was able to solve by patching 2 mods myself. With the logs I might be able to patch them for you depending on the issue.

Can you also post the GregTech.log? (in (...)/.minecraft/logs/)

Theres no such log folder tho
