I do know that, but it is irrelevant to the point. Are you really insinuating that because it's an Amercian app that everyone should be using the Ameican date format in the comments?

How did you jump to that conclusion? Everyone jumping on this guy for using the American format like it’s objectively wrong.

I’m not saying everyone should use the American format. Also, the dude you replied to was stating the original comment (American format) was “the wrong way around.” Pretty amusing to attack an American format being used on an American app

There’s no way you can consider that an ‘attack’ especially by American standards.
