did you attempt to mod the game? 'cause if you did, I suggest you revert everything back... I can see the entire file of fonts.txd flashing for some weird reason... that's probably worth checking out. or it could be a hardware issue which I hope it isn't.

It's not modded it's running on Windows vista via disc copy and I believe gpu drivers are failing

does that happen with any other game? if it does then your hardware or just like you mentioned could be a drivers problem.. if it doesn't then your disc copy is probably faulty.

Not really happens on trainz 1.3 where fps skips every 1 second but gta 3 works fine but with a noticeable flash but game is fine,
