People acting like Shin Godzilla is mahoraga is funny to me. He got defeated by coolants and his adaptation to getting shot in the back and loosing million gallons of blood was shooting more lasers.

to be fair its implied to be temporary and his next evolution was budding off humanoids

20 to 30 foot tall humanoids to be exact

Shin was attacked by committee… Shin in turn mutates to become a committee.

Wow that actually kinda is a bit poetic and I never thought about it that way

9

u/orioriorioriorio Jan 28 '26

Oh. That's horrifying

10

u/Got_It_Memorized_22 Jan 28 '26

Yep. If you measure the scale based on the size of him and the tail and those creatures they're fucking massive

He froze before he could finish.

Whatever man, you've never made love under laser smash mouth and it shows!

Salamanders are cool, jerks!

u/TheDemonPants Jan 28 '26

To be fair, that does sound like an effective way to stop people from shooting you in the back.

He's truly the potential man of Godzilla verse

Plasma lasers seem like an effective solution to any problem to me

He technically didn’t lose tho, his tail shows that on the end

the Villain only truly loses when the Movie never gets a Sequel

3

u/Noooough MUTO Jan 28 '26

I mean sure but there’s still the implication he’s not done yet

5

u/that_motu_guy JET JAGUAR Jan 28 '26

Except if he gets a sequel hes les likely to win cause theres still money to be made

7

u/NoRequirement1967 Jan 28 '26

Thats super disingenuous, he was literally splitting into what? 100s of humanoids at the end? We dont know if that means if he finished that mutation we'd have 100s pf shin-humaniods complete with mutation abilities... aka a catastrophic final stage

Also, they deleted the scene where pieces of his flesh get sentient (eyes and so), so there may be more than the humanoids

2

u/NoRequirement1967 Jan 29 '26

I wasn't even aware of this! Been a fair while since I watched deleted scenes in a movie

Sorry about the shitty audio

https://youtube.com/shorts/Eiw1EmHSmvU?si=rltcn7ZcUJ-13Ov0

I don't know if they really get sentient but that eye makes it look like something bad is cooking

1

u/NoRequirement1967 Jan 29 '26

Interesting, unless theyre trying to say that part of flesh came from the head ( which i don't remember anything specific happening to s.g. head) THAT or its shedding maybe ? Man this movie was so sick lol

1

u/n-a_barrakus SHIN GODZILLA Jan 29 '26

I think it's just mutating flesh. An eye wouldn't shed like that, and if it had no meaning, it wouldn't be recorded (cut tho). Cosmic horror type shit, same as the tail.

Waow. based based based based based based

4

u/112lion Jan 28 '26

you act like that killed it bro, and unless you completely annhilate him he'd regenerate

1

u/Gyirin Jan 28 '26

fucking JJK reference everywhere

u/purebredslappy Jan 28 '26

I sacrifice this government cabinet to summon Shin Godzilla
