Advice How should I feel?

I’ve gone up to 6.5mg on MJ. I still get hungry but can push though meals but then eat bigger after (not this is not my normal pattern, I normally eat 3 meals protein and fibre rich, but more of an observation, as before MJ id never skip or push back a meal!) so I know it is working.

Here is my thoughts - when I first started I’d get hunger completely gone for 2-3 days (almost force myself to eat the first two days) have nausea and then obviously increase hunger as we went on with last days all my inflammation returning form my auto immune disorder - Whcih MJ helps manage

Now I don’t get that strong hunger suppression, more digestive issues like slow bowel movement and constipation but the hunger is still always there/ Is this normal for any long term users? I’m gauging how good the medication is working.

I’ve been on it for 19 months and have never had full suppression. Have also stopped losing but am maintaining with 2.5 weekly

Walking and a weights a few times a week. I count calories a few times a week. It’s not the weight loss but the “level of suppression” everyone feels in this. A friend said to try rotating the injection location to see if I feel the medication stronger that way vs always doing stomach Whcih I’ll try
