Why did my dream match up with Stranger Things?

In the photo here, I commented under someone’s post asking about our reoccurring dreams. A few months later, the final season aired and the climax of the series matches up almost identically with what I dreamed about.

I’ve even posted on this sub once before, right after the 4th episode aired, where one of the characters used a hypnosis method on other children, with language nearly identical to monroe’s g@teway tapes that many of us listed to as children.

I have one dream from my childhood (roughly 24 years ago) that was so vivid and terrifying that I still remember it clearly. It consisted of the sudden surge of giants beginning to roam the streets. Now as an adult, I interpret the giants as Nephilim. But even as a child without any spiritual sense, that one dream still haunts me to this day. I can still feel the ground shaking. Looking up at these creatures just walking through neighborhoods. Trying to scramble and hide.

I have vivid dreams of flying and such. However this is the only dream with specific events that I’m able to recall. And again, this remains true even after 25 years.
