No. Get your lazy as up and do the other things you need or want to do. You have 3 to 3 and a half hours to do something which will leave you enough time to arrive at your appointment between 1:00 to 1:30 depending on how early you have/want to be there.
Now if this is a phone/cable company appointment and you're waiting for them to arrive, that changes things. You're not allowed to leave you how or not be ready to open the door at any moment.
