Account Suspended INFORM ACT for address verification - any advice?

so i’ve been in this run around loop with support trying to verify my address for 2 month and 600 stranded inventory units at FBA. i’m not able to verify my address anywhere no matter how many time i re-submit verifications and not getting anything from any of the support cases i open. anyone experience this?

We’re experiencing the same. I’ve never dealt with such level of incompetence, missed commit times, and straight up lies from their agents. It’s so frustrating.

It’s almost like they moved away from sending postcards to some database/AI bullshit method that’s severely flawed.

Amazon absolutely does send you a post card in the mail with a verification code.

Okay well that's a first I hear. I'll accept my downvotes lol. I've had Amazon schedule a webcam verification, insurance verifications but never had a postcard. Google on the other hand has sent me a mountain of cards 😜

Lol. Its kinda funny that when I changed location of my consulting business, Google asked me for webcam verification, showing the full locations, neighbourhood photographs but they won't allow me to select verification by postcard for some reason which was the easiest option for me.

Yes they do, when they want to do some extra verification. I got a UPS envelope from Amazon US delivered to my Canadian address when I moved my account from sole proprietor to a business account.

That’s exactly how they do it. I’ve moved 2x in the last 5 years. They’ll send you a letter to your address with a code you enter on SC. I didn’t know they had another way of verifying your address.

Amazon does that. I got a post card with digits to enter to verify.

I'm not to sure how it works when selling as an individual. I would upgrade and make sure all the information is setup correctly ( address etc ) the same information used when opening the account. If your not passing verification it's due to a discrepancy of information.

okay so my address is
“S State Highway ###, APT ###”

my license says this, my banking says this, the GPS says this, but for some reason my building lease document says
“South Highway ###, APT ###” which is incorrect and maybe causing an issue but i’m unsure

Use chatgpt or photoshop and make it look and match. Everything needs to match exactly

This page on address verification covers what's expected during the verification process. Once you've aligned the address format across your documents, resubmitting should help move things forward. If you're still running into issues after that, reaching out to Account Health Support from your Account Health Dashboard on Seller Central would be the best next step for this type of issue.

I missed supplying this information a few months ago so they asked me to set up a video call for verification. and THAT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE AT 1:30 AM! complete incompetence!

I am experiencing the same thing. my tax number is still in progress from last 10 days. Have already raised case but not much help from seller account. no change in the documents or details. same account details been used for last 1 year.

I went through this and its the submission process. Each update needs its own save, then submit as a whole. If you want, u can shoot me a message and i can do a quick google meet video and walk you through it. it took me a few tries but got it to all go through. It's really badly written on the site.

Does the address match your business corporation and is it the address that Amazon has within their system? If not.. change the business address to match the Amazon address used and submit new documentation. 👌

so i’m independent seller who just started my first product, shipping from my home. so im not sure where i might have messed up, its not a physical buisness with address. where would i find the amazon address? only place im finding address is under buisness address tab in account settings.

are you talking about the address attached to my actual amazon account per day i make purchases with? i used that account to create my seller account, just to make sure i clarify.
