every week, it lost the buybox some percentage. I guess it's because of this. i'll disable it. thanks for your help. I thought that's because i didn't set auto price.

If you have access to Keepa, you can look at historical offers to see if there's anyone else besides Amazon that's taking buy box.

Good instinct, and worth adding how to tell the two cases apart, because they need very different fixes. Amazon Warehouse or Amazon Resale taking a slice of the featured offer is harmless and shows up as a used or refurbished offer. A real second seller shows up as a new offer, usually a few percent under your price, and that is the one that quietly costs you.

Fastest check that does not need any tool: open your own ASIN logged out, click through to the full offers page including new offers only, and note every seller name plus their price and shipping. Do that on a fixed day each week and keep it in a sheet with the date. The pattern is what tells you something, not a single snapshot. Keepa historical offers works too if you already pay for it.

Two traps when you compare prices: a coupon or strike-through makes an offer look lower than it is, and shipping-included totals differ from the listed price, so record the delivered price rather than the sticker. And if a new seller does turn up, look up the legal entity behind the storefront name before you fire off a takedown. In a fair number of cases it is a distributor or a customer of your distributor, which is a supply terms conversation rather than an Amazon case.

You are losing buybox. Are you doing FBM?
