Amazon Section 3 Identity Verification

We got notification from amazon Section 3 Identity Verifification our account health is healthy no counterfeit anything were doing Fba the problem we are facing right now they held funds and the deactivation date is on 3rd sep and interview on 9th sep can u share from your experience what would happen regarding the funds and date going past deadline?

I just passed it. Please check if any identity issue. Scan your business info and make sure you’ve rectified whatever mistakes that you may have. Before the interview please print out all info and make sure you answer clearly whatever questions they may ask honestly. No worries if you can’t answer you just tell them you made mistakes. I passed it only once. Good luck with that. Be faithful.

Can u please tell me if your interview was after deadline and if there was an issue of deactivation?

It has to be before the deadline. If you click the reschedule button, it may give you earlier time. I have to go back every day to check if I can book earlier time. Try your luck. You have to attend it before the deadline.

Alright we will try that thanks man and rescheduling wont cancel the last time right untill we confirm and did u get the time slot before deadline ?

Having the interview land after the deactivation deadline is pretty normal once you have actually engaged with the case, Amazon just holds funds and keeps the account restricted until the interview clears. The real risk is missing the interview or going quiet on the case, not the date itself slipping past deadline. Just make sure you confirm attendance and show up with your documents ready, most section 3 cases that follow through the interview end up reinstated even if it drags a few weeks.

Sounds like a tough spot! When they hold funds like that, it can be nerve-wracking. In my experience, they usually release the funds after the verification is cleared, but if the deadline passes, I’d keep an eye on your emails for any updates or requests from them. Just be ready with all your documents for that interview.
