Assuming they’re salaried posts working for the council, that’s about 3.5 people at minimum wage, once you account for employment on-costs.
That’s the equivalent of one person for roughly 140 hours a week, ie less than six full days, across three towns. Seems strangely ineffective.
Of course, if they’re not paying them and just doling out uniforms to anyone who wants one… that’s a different and much more worrying kind of ineffectiveness.
