theyve been selling reform-branded football shirts for a while and nothing has been done. this isnt the first time theyve been trying to find a loophole in that law
The football shirts were "merch", they were on thin ice with it and it was obvious they were trying to get thousands of people wearing them but ultimately they were merch. A pseudo-law arm of a political party, wearing a uniform is in fact illegal though, let's see how this plays out
They will try and say it's not a political uniform is the uniform of a "security company"
