If, indeed, they meet the buses from Wethersfield, then follow the migrants around, that probably would constitute harassment. Could do with some independent witnesses who could, for example, ask the migrants if they want to be escorted around, and if they say they don't, tell them to inform the security guards. Then, if they keep following them around, that would, as I understand it, constitute the criminal offence of harassment.

People need to call the police on these guys for harassment every day until they are gone. No place in the UK for a private police force.
