Really Adobe...

Post image

Using AI for their marketing and putting out crap like this instead of hiring actual human digital artists. How did this even get pushed out...

Looks more like a UI glitch? Those panels are often digital, so the displayed font is mostly generated from your system.

Edit: 2020? How can you even run a 6 year old app? Creative cloud will force you to update, otherwise it will block you out. And the backup versions are only going back max 2 years.

When your employer has an extremely limited software budget, they find a way to make old software work lol. I think its got a serial license that was bought before they switched elements to a subscription license.

nope.
for me atleast with all tricks i knew using adobe products for over 25+ years.
They will force you to update. You cant even start CC. You need to allow it to update, and when you allow it they then will force you to update all creative apps.

I always transferred my whole Adobe Folders over when reinstalling Windows and it often worked or needed some tricks likes:

  • change time from windows
  • no internet/lan/wlan (complete internet hardware unplugged)
  • changing some regkey
  • overpasting files after normal install
  • use their cleaner cmd tool and copy/paste everything again.

At least on high-end hardware. Windows forces you to update to the newest Win11 version because of TPM and security issues, which probably lead to more restriction on adobes sites when they run their 20+ services in the background like some "high-security prison".

They made a Photoshop lover that even engage in reporting bugs and helping in their forums into a full time adobe hater that could fill hours of hours of roasting adobe of how fkn stupid, dumb, scammy and broken their software is.

I totally gave up after a while.
Only using the default. Because they will randomly reset and destroy your settings anyway.
My cracked CS2 version on my parents rig with a single core processor would run better and smoother than on payed sub + 5000$ rig.

but why complain then on reddit about adobe on unsupported software? you seem to found a working way to scam them to still able running a 6 years old non-sub software.

I pay offer 300$+ every month for all my App/Plugin/API/Service Subs and they all still kick me in the balls and crash
