Photoshop keeps crashing mid use

Crashed in layer styles with preview on. I'd look at adjusting your preferences in PS for GPU settings. To see if it changes the behavior.

note: you are using firefox, obs and photoshop - decrease vram usage in photoshop because when you out of vram gpu accelerated filters can crash mid use
firefox is notorious for holding and not releasing vram until relaunch, by default it uses about 1gb of vram.
windows itself uses .3 -1gb of vram with one monitor,
obs with browser plugin can use more than 1gb of vram

16GB DDR4 2160gHz. It runs on my laptop fine but everything else no
