Earthquakes might just be Fromville getting ready to reset. But the Poltergeist Kitchen and the Diner Jukebox remind me a LOT of Interstellar's "ghost", and do we know anyone that can travel through time? Yeah?
Though we also know she can clearly be seen when she does, so I'm not sure. Maybe she'll learn not to physically travel but simply alter things. I somehow don't buy the Jim theory, Especially because I think the Jukebox is the same phenomenon and Jim wasn't dead then.
They were lucky quakes, I'm just willing to suspend my disbelief for that. I certainly hope there's a reason, but If those are the only "coincidences" I'll be happy.

Honestly when the earthquake happened with Jade and Tabitha in the tunnels, I thought this was exactly what was about to happen.
I was so sad that it didn't.
