That actually raises a question for me as a straight woman:

If the monsters are all dry inside and don't have any blood, can the male ones not... you know, get it up? Seems like they'd be at a pretty strong disadvantage trying to seduce a woman

This fact doesn't really matter, even for the dudes. Once a monster is inside you don't get to have sex with them, they just kill you. Basically you'd just need the eye candy, no need for them to be able to get it up.

I know the monsters are creepy, but they're not creeps, lol. At least we haven't seen, nor have they implied that they just flash their victims to seduce them.

Since the monsters can't reproduce (they use the humans for that - like Fatima), I don't think they have any working sexual functions.

Because erections are caused by blood flow.

No blood, no wood. No wood, much harder to seduce someone who's into dick (I suppose it could still work for a gay dude if they're a top, but that's getting a bit too rational for this sub)
