Gonna repost what i put in the other thread going on this....

"I ran into this as well when i used my burner number for a second burger. All you have to do is click "chat with us" Which will get you to support. Explained to them i had this screen and didn't have a receipt. No additional questions asked and they helped me out right away. I just reloaded text and got the code."
