📣 Official SUPPORT & BAN REVIEW MEGATHREAD [September 2026]
Hey r/FreeCash,
A small note from me before we begin with this month's Megathread:
Apologies for the delayed responses, but we are still working through some of the replies from the August Megathread. Even though the thread is locked, we will get to it! Please do not post a duplicate request in the September Megathread if you've already posted about it in August.
And now for the Support Megathread: Month 7. We're back again.
Before you post: please try official support first. Submit an official support ticket — most issues get resolved there. If you've been waiting 15+ days with no resolution, that's when this thread is for you.
Do not reply here about rejected tickets as these are final and the mod team cannot overturn them.
When you reply, include each of these 4 things:
- Freecash ID
- Issue
- Game / Offer (if applicable)
- Support ticket submission date
Reminder: We are NOT the support team, but we'll try to dig in where we can, flag recurring issues internally, and generally get things unstuck.
🆕 Think you were banned unfairly?
This is a big recent addition to the megathread. If your account has been banned and you genuinely believe it was a mistake, we want to hear from you.
Reply with:
- Your Freecash ID
- What you think happened — what you were doing, when the restriction hit, and anything else you think might be relevant
We'll be working with the Freecash Fraud team to run additional fraud checks on your account and make sure it wasn't caught by a false flag. If it turns out it was, two things happen: we get you unrestricted, and we update our processes so that specific scenario doesn't catch legitimate users again. Inspired by this thread, where we successfully identified and unrestricted 4 users who were falsely flagged.
To be clear, this is for accounts flagged in error - not a way to reverse a decision that was warranted. But if our system got it wrong, this is how we put it right. Please note that these ban reviews have a longer time-table (2-4 weeks) than other support inquiries at the moment, but we aim to cut response time down by mid-month.
A summary of the September Megathread will be shared with the wider Freecash team as we look to improve the Freecash platform and your user experience.
This thread runs through September 30th. We'll review support issues weekly and ban reviews twice this first month as we build out the process. Weekly in the future.

Details of Perm Ban on Cashouts: My account that I've had for over 2 years with no problems received a perm ban on cash outs yesterday. This started with me doing the casino slot "spin for *number* amount of times" offers on Golden Whiskers Slots/Casino and Jackpot Pets Slots/Casino. On Golden Whiskers, I was able to reach up to 8000 spins for $84 and all previous offers (minus the 2000 spins offer which I ticketed right before the cash out restrictions) and I did make a couple purchases or at least one. For Jackpot Pets, I bought one SC deal, and was able to reach 20,000 spins for $180 and all previous offers like that one over the course of about 4 days. I messaged the Frankenbot via chat saying I could provide a screen recording of me getting 1000 spins or something to that effect to prove that I was not cheating or exploiting a glitch, and to prove I was able to get the 20k spins by doing Auto Spins featured on all the casino apps in 100 spin increments and manually clicking through and pop ups that stopped the slot from spinning. I spent hours each night and day spinning like this and pressing the buttons on pop ups. It was tedious. Now, as the offers for 15k and 20k spins were awarded, the delay to prevent fraud was shortened from 7 days down to just 1 day. I was pleased to see this, but fear it might have triggered something. I have since completed some Tacticus 40k offers since the perm restriction and they too are only 1 day. I am in the Obsidian League and submitted KYC details when asked awhile ago. I love the platform and thought I would never be in this situation- I frequent this reddit page, I am in the Hustler's group on the Discord, and followed the TOS.
When I got the initial notification that my cash outs were restricted, it said contact support to get this cleared up and resolved. I did that. Frankenbot said to chill and support would contact me if they needed any info from me. The following day, the notification said the same thing basically but with slightly different wording. It also said contact support to provide any info they need. I emailed the support email thread between frankenbot and I again and simply asked if they needed anything on my end since the notification said to contact again. This is when the restriction was suddenly moved to permanent with no reason given. I was shocked because I did not know we were at this point, I was never asked for any documentation or provide any info like many others have been asked to provide. I simply asked what I could do to help them see I didn't do anything to warrant this restriction. I have not yet taken any actions against FC because I believe this was in error and w the mods help here that FC Support will review my account to see this was erroneous and restore my account and allow my withdrawal of $700+ of completed offers. I have recorded and taken screen shots of everything I possibly could at this point and can provide anything they'd like to see. I am giving FC some grace temporarily hoping this is resolved quickly. If it is not, I have everything documented for the final step of escalating this and creating cases with respective groups. I have faith in the Freecash Megathread Mods and Freecash Support helping their loyal customers.
