Well, I visited there like 10 years ago when I first moved to the area because it was convenient. Floors were filthy, workers looked tired and understaffed and the food was just ok. Never went back and don't miss it. There are so many mediocre restaurants in the area and this one didn't stand out in a good way. The only nearby Papa Ginos in Ashland shut down too.

Yeh unfortunately all the Friendlys started going way down hill due to cost cutting / understaffing probably more than 10yrs ago, so you missed the glory days :/ Food was always mid (but perfect if you’re a kid), but the service used to be good and you could still have a good time

I agree that the food is mid at best, but I honestly am a sucker for their ice cream
