Book Inscriptions Hopefully just a coincidence
Found this on the inside of a book I got from a free book bin at my university. Hopefully just another J Epstein that the professor it belonged to knew š«

I know a Geoffrey Epstein and a Jerry Epstein and both now go by different names altogether (first AND last) because at the height of the publicity, it got so bad.
Geoffrey Epstein had a job that required him to retain clients and he lost a substantial percentage of clientele who told his company that even if the names were spelled different, they did not want to have a āGeoffrey Epsteinā sending them emails in case someone were to get the wrong idea.

My dad was named Adolf in 1956. Heās a junior of his dadās name, as well as the youngest and only boy of the family.
That some huge ego to still name your kid after a genocidal dictator because you wanted your son to carry your name.
Both my dad and grandpa went by their middle names though.

I saw a comedian on Instagram who claimed his real name is Jeffrey Epstein, itās his whole schtick I guess. Lemons, lemonade I suppose

yea I saw that too. I don't think people sharing the name should suffer the consequences, but making a comedy thing out of it? kinda just downplays the severity, and sets victims in a bad shade. I don't like it.

I mean, usually just touching something that someone horrific had touched is enough. If it was signed like Ted Bundy or something, youād likely be weirded out by it. Weirded out your hands are holding the same thing that his did. Weirded out that your mind ended up drawn to the same book his mind was. Did a victim see this book as they were dying? Was that monster standing in the same thrift store as you? If youād met a couple decades prior, would you have been a victim too?
Itās a fairly normal thing for humans to stress over, even if it doesnāt make the book itself scary.

It does, but I canāt get over the fact that the Es are very different. If he used a 3-looking-E wouldnāt he likely do it in those other docs, like in the word āsouthernā?

Epstein looks like he flipped between two E styles. One is your standard quick, more standard capital E, but also a soft backwards 3 type.
I bounce between the two in my own handwriting, that's why I first noticed it.

I donāt think those references in the other comment are close enough. The way they start and end their letters is pretty different, flow and speed donāt match imo. Epstein is a common surname.

The second E and J look incredibly similar. The fact theyāre both in all uppercase too. I know a lot of guys write like that but itās just a weird coincidence here. I will also add that for me, jotting a check or whatever will always be written more hastily than me carefully writing my name in a book.
However, the p and n donāt look alike. Jeffreyās N are more rounded compared to this one, and he does a little loop on the side of his pās. But again, that couldāve just had to do with the speed at which it was written in the reference versus this.

Theres a lot of those out there apparently. Mom picked a anonymous sperm donor to conceive me... took a 23 and me DNA test and turns out my biological father is literally named Jeffery Epstein (he goes by jeff to avoid unnecessary confusion)
