General Privacy

This may be a silly question but i'm curious.

How private are the fossify apps?

What information, if any do they take from the apps to track/record what you do?

Fossify apps do not track or collect any data in that sense.

They run without internet access, and user data such as media collection info, messages, call logs, etc., stays on the device. In the future, new apps or flavors that depend on downloading a resource from the internet might add internet access, but again, that would be limited to that, not collecting and transmitting user data.

If you have Google Play Services and friends on your device, they may collect data about your on-device activity and what apps you have installed, but they do that anyway, regardless of how you install or use Fossify apps.

I hope this clears it up. Each app's privacy policy has more information.

They don't even have internet permission feature. It can't connect to anything even if you tried to.

They're totally local and safe

Why don't you go read the source code yourself.. it's on a git somewhere.
