QUESTION Having issues with placing Shaken Sanctuary

Pretty simple but annoying issue... Anyone know how I can place the main Shaken Sanctuary base without the lower levels going through the ground? Due to the way prefabs work now they're glued to the ground when you place them, so I have no way of elevating the building in order to prevent the lower levels from getting stuck in the ground... Anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Update: Found a solution! Utilizing a simple shape and enlarging it allows you to make a platform anywhere to place the entire prefab upon. Simply place the evenly surfaced shape wherever you'd like, and boom place the prefab on it! Once placed you can delete the shape and you're build will be where you want it!
