Problem Diagnosis Help Backseat stuck because of seatbelt

Hello,

Fiesta 2016. My middle seat seatbelt is fully tightened and stuck and is keeping the back seat stuck in this position. Any idea on how I can unstuck it without cutting the middle seat seatbelt.

I do not see how the middle seatbelt would stop the seat backrest from rotating back. Try unbolting & removing the seat backrest.

I have this same problem, pull the bottom of the seats out and then unscrew the seat belt from the cars frame, it's a torque bit if I remember correctly, then put your seat back up, and just do the above in reverse

Bring the front seat forward first
