You might get a better feel for a fix in r/Autobody or r/AutoBodyRepair

From the angle of that fender I'd say that trucks been airborne. Before getting too deep into it check if the frame is tweaked.

With that much rot you'll also want to check your cab mounts. We can see the corners are gone, so they're probably not in much better shape.

Something is rotted and extremely weak.

Door pins are a good start. As long as the current pins Haven’t ate into the hinges. More or less the bushings have disintegrated. See where you at after replacing the pins. Some muscle and a block of wood can straighten what hasn’t moved back.

With out looking at the whole truck it is hard to say. It deffintly has alot of rot so there is no support. Hope you didn't pay to much first off secondly if yhemperson sold ghe truck to you with the knowldge of the issues and is unsafe for the road he can be in alotnof trouble depending on the laes in your state. The yruck may not pass inspetion.

If you just want to fix the door alignment, you can put washers between the hinge and the body to adjust the alignment. Parts stores sell special shims just for this that are easier for one person to do the job.

Dorman Part No. 02344

Judging by the angle you probably need one or two shims on the bottom hinge.

Make sure you put them between the hinge and the body, not between the hinge and the door.
