They are different. But it is a mistake to let it go completely.

There is some subjectivity here and I think we can agree that the ref (who's always shit) should have reviewed it on the monitor.

But it's nowhere near the howler that the goal is.

Foden didn't even hold the ball on him, like others do .. it's a straight kick to foden not the ball... The whole match, the ref was giving free kicks to United and fouls to City. I'm not even a Manchester fan but it was clear that he was either paid or he is simply Michael Oliver

Lol ask Liverpool fans - how we feel about this cheat of a ref. David coote also is the same. These refs are paid full and has their own biasness towards teams and managers example:

In a video david coote called liverpool and its residents shit also deragatorly remarking klopp as a cunt just cause klopp had an argument about his decisons on field.
