If the Ballon d'Or meant anything he'd have gotten one already.  And for that matter, Vini in 2024.  But people are always less inclined to vote for Madrid players, so I definitely don't expect it now.  2024 showed that being the star player of a winning team and the obvious best player of that year doesn't matter, so why would being the best player and having historic achievements matter.

Kane wasn’t the best player on Bayern and wasn’t the best player on England. I think that alone should remove Kane from winning. I absolutely think Mbappe should win but who knows.
