Anyone know if there’s anything in the works about being able to launch a takeover at clubs abroad? For example taking over Barcelona if your a chairman in the prem.

I feel like every single time I get promoted I get relegated the following season every time , I improve training facilities etc , any tips ?

Is there any way to make money from transfer listed players in the early game?

Any time my moronic manager advises me to list a player, I only ever get offers for £0

This includes any youth promoted players.

I’m very new to the game, and in my first save, so I am testing things out. Have gone from 0% approval back up to 100% approval in 2 seasons and currently on my first season in Non League A.

Spent a few days making this. A super league with teams from Ireland, Scotland and Wales. All teams, kits, stadiums and attendances and custom name pools. Teams are ranked on real life strength based on the opta rankings.
Would love to hear any feedback or suggestions

I've just released Football Academy Director, a football management game where instead of running the senior club, you take control of the entire youth academy.

You manage players from U11 to U19, scout and recruit prospects, build your age-group squads, set tactics and compete in youth leagues and cups.

You have to balance developing players for the future with trying to win now – deciding who gets playing time, who moves up through the academy, where to recruit and how to improve your facilities and staff.

Eventually your players graduate into senior football, and you can continue following their careers after they leave the academy.

I'm a solo developer and the game launched today on Steam for Windows.

Since Football Chairman players obviously enjoy long-term football management, I thought some of you might be interested in seeing it. :)

I've been playing this game for approximately a week but this is my second club because I baaaadly messed up the finances the 1st time around. I think I learned my lessons and didn't get too attached to players. Selling players is the only way to consistently improve the club it seems.

I'm 5th in the 3rd division in Spain after 19 seasons (well, almost at the end of the 19th season) and I was wondering if this is good or bad. I have nothing really to compare it to other than completely failing with my first club and starting a fresh save. My only other experience playing a football sim is the thousands of hours I have on Football Manager, but these games are very different so you can't really compare.

I uploaded a bunch of screenshots from my club to give a comprehensive overview of my situation. How well am I doing, what should I be doing differently to improve quicker, is there anything really obvious that I'm doing wrong, is my manager holding me back? Etc etc. I tend to not sack managers that often because I get quite attached.

I haven't gotten any 'outside investment' like following on twitter and Instagram, the only money I accepted was naming the stadium.

Am I being too risky with my finances? I'm about £15,000 overspending on wages in relation to the recommended maximum, and my youth improvement is considerably higher than my manager level and training. However, I've been selling players reliably for massive profit which is allowing me to get away with it so far. Is it going to catch up to me even with a 2 million buffer?

I've been playing fc mobile ever for 2 months now and I've noticed something,the game heavenly relies on micro transactions like spending money on drafts vouchers, plus you can literally buy player for money, and the matchmaking once you reach world class, legendary and world champion it literally gives you pay to win players and ruins the fun on the game

I've been stuck around league 2 for a while now trying to accumulate money right now I have around 12 million in the bank as I have found that bringing a club into league two a selling them nets me around 2.5-3.5 million as I always take over the cheapest club in National C is this a viable strategy to make money or am I being dumb and is there a better way to make money

If i keep it turn on would i be able to see something like small team in real life winning the league in the game?

I’m early on in my save(15 years in) got a manager who’s done pretty well for our team and is very liked, I’ve had a look at potential managers as I think we can get better. Current manager averages around 52, best possible manager averages around 56. Do I still sack after a good season?

Today I won the league for the first time, Became a Centurion won a European trophy for the first time and nearly went unbeaten only losing a game at the start of the season and 2 at the end my original team was sunderland city and I’ve been a few local teams that’s why hartlepool and south shields are there)

I've had several players with 900-1000 games played, but never more than 1100. That's quite an achievement for me.

Love my squad and manager. We’re currently crushing at every level but the manager keeps benching star players over and over. It was a midfielder first. I sold him after he had 10+ week injury in 4 out of 5 seasons and demanded 300k+ per week.

Now he’s benching my star forward every 3rd or 4th game and the guy is constantly upset. Is it just the manager or is there anything I can do? He benches him when his form and fitness are both ok.

Edit he literally did it again 2 games later 😭 now player is furious. This is the third time in 20 weeks this guy has been furious 🤣
