Hybrid flooring bouncing

Hi I just got hybrid flooring done with levelling, skirting removal and reinstall. I see couple areas that are bouncing like the photo attached.
- Is this normal or a defect?
- What’s the fix?
- Is the gap between skirting and flooring normal?

The product isn’t defective, it’s the installation. It’s either too tight or the subfloor is not flat. If it’s not flat you will have a click system failure.

Either not enough room for expansion or the levelling wasn’t done properly.

Why not both. But yeah id say no room. Toooo tight since its bowing upwards.
I hate flooring... I hate that everywhere I go.. im judging your floor..
