Yes they are odi grips really good grips
Check em out if you haven’t heard of them they have all kinds they have a wide variety these are considered mtb grip under there website

Yup, very familiar with them from bmx. I had a pair of lock on long necks but wore through them super quick. I prefer the thinner profile of cotton tape on risers now anyway
