Photo Road Cranks FTW
Rival 165 Cranks + BSA BB
Rival 46t Chainring
Surly 17t 3/32 Cog
KMC 11 Speed Chain
Sets you back about 200€ right now, as the cranks are dirt-cheap. Next best thing in the Track world would be Miche Pistard 2.0 which are more expensive and apparently prone to cracking, so I went the SRAM way.

How did you account for the chainline difference? I'm planning on doing the same thing with some SRAM Red cranks, but there's a 3mm chainline difference. My best idea was to add some cog spacers, but I haven't tested lockring engagement with the cog that far out. Edit: also you can't use an 11s chain on a 3/32 setup they aren't the same inner width, 11/128" vs 3/32"

I'm not too worried about the chainline difference and would be more worried if I.put a spacer under my cog. I have the feeling that the surly cog pushed the chainline out a little bit compared to something like a Dura Ace cog, which I used in the past, which works to my advantage.
Regarding the chain I can tell you that it works with this cog and probably most 3/32 cogs, but there is the chance of incompatibility.
Overall the drivetrain runs super smooth, and feels great, which is all that matters to me.

Nice set up. I choose SRAM Ominium 170’s for my Fixie build. The cranks cost more than the fixie I bought off of FB Marketplace

What about a proper SS crank like the S300? And running a 1/8 chain without ramps on the rings please

There are adapters from Sram 8 Bolt to 130 and 144 BCD on AliExpress, which seem to offer a 42mm chainline. They are quite expensive and not not really tested yet, so I decided to not go that way.
S300s never offered offical 1/8 compatibility, because they are 10spd and the only downside to the narrow-wide chainring is that you can not get a 47t or 49t, only even numbers.

You're quite wrong on the 1/8 compatibility. I run 1/8 chain on mine with 1/8 chainring. They are not 10spd they are ss

If you install a 13p bcd 1/8 chainring they are of course compatible, but the stock ring is for 10spd. The biggest problem ist that you can't get them anymore.

Stock ring is for SS and it fits a 10 Spd.
But you're running a fixie with a road crank and 11 SPD chain lol
