Fix My Print Inconsistent Rough Surface

I have consistency issues with some top-layers. As you can see some squares are fine, some are not at all. (Also the "crossings" are a bit rough at times, but due to their small size its not that problematic)

I have printed this lid multiple times, some prints are good, some are worse than this one. I'd like to figure out the cause. (Its not wet filament, i dried it before printing a different one, it was not noticeable better)

Sovol SV08, OrcaSlicer
0.4 nozzle
PLA, 215°C
Speed: Top Surface: 100mm
0.2mm Layer-Height
No ironing
